The quality of the “Fanciulli” extra virgin olive oil is guaranteed by the multiple cultivars present in the thousands of olive trees within the company.
The olive harvest is carried out directly from the plant, in order to avoid degradation in contact with the ground and is followed by a continuous cycle mechanical pressing in its latest generation oil mill, which allows us to obtain a highly typical product.
The Bagno a Sorra Agricultural Company, conducted with the criteria of organic farming, also certifies its production with the DOP Terre di Siena brand and the Tuscan IGP.
