Soc. Agr. Bagno a Sorra di Fanciulli (hereinafter Bagno a Sorra) is aimed exclusively at end users who are “consumers” who have already turned eighteen and in any case according to current law and regulations regarding electronic commerce.

By final consumer Bagno a Sorra means any natural person who operates on the site www.oliofanciulli.com

The General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipping, purchase methods and right of withdrawal of purchase orders for products on the website www.oliofanciulli.com, between users of the Site and the Bagno a Sorra company, while they do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by different subjects who are present on the Site via hyperlinks, links or banners.

The General Conditions of Sale are periodically modified by Bagno a Sorra based on the development of its business and the market, as well as in compliance with any updates and legislative changes. Each update and modification will be regularly published on the Site and effective immediately from the date of publication. Shipping

Shipments are insured and delivery usually takes 1-3 working days in Italy and 3-6 working days in Europe. The operating methods and shipping rates are detailed below.
Shipping is free over 150.00 euros of purchase for Italy.

PayPal

PayPal is a secure and free online payment system. There is no need to re-enter your card details with each purchase: the email and password connected to your PayPal account are sufficient. And if you don’t have an account yet, you can create one using your credit card (even prepaid); alternatively you can top it up with a bank transfer. Damaged products

If you happen to receive clearly damaged packages, collect only the intact ones and return the damaged ones to the sender: we will take care of returning the damaged packages, replacing them and sending the new ones back to you. In the event that damaged products are out of stock, we will contact you to offer you replacement products or alternatively we will refund you what you paid.

 

Right of withdrawal

Purchases onoliofanciulli.com are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees you the right of withdrawal. The exercise of this right is regulated as follows:
The returned products must be intact, preferably in the original packaging: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right is reserved for natural persons: resellers are therefore excluded.
To exercise this right, you must send us an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:

We will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs, in accordance with article 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185 del 22/05/1999. In general, although not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any possible dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
